Create and Manage Groups

You may create groups of contacts so that you can send a message to everyone in the group easily.  You simply address the message to the group name rather than list all of the individuals.  This is often called a distribution list in e-mail programs. 

From within your Contacts database, click the New button (use the pull-down arrow to the right of the button) and select Group.

A new window will appear where you can fill in all of the relevant details for your group, including the group name, description, and members.
Be sure to click Save and Close when you are finished creating the group list.
